Brinsworth Club is looking for a Full-Time Bar Manager

We are a large club and have been at the heart of the community for over 100 Years. We are located In Rotherham, close to the M1 and Meadowhall shopping centre.

We are proud of our steel and mining heritage, but now serve a much wider membership base. Our weekly programme includes live entertainment, bingo, Sky and TNT Sports. We have a vibrant, loyal membership who enjoy our comfortable and friendly premise.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will be a key person to help promote the Club’s vision and strategy, ensuring we remain relevant and attractive to both members and visitors.

As Bar Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that we continue to deliver our Club’s Business Plan and promote the values of the club, to our members. You will work with, and be supported by, The Management committee, working closely with the club secretary.

You should have a proven track record of managing and inspiring small teams. Cellar management is a vital skill, as well as stock control. You will be responsible for cashing up and till reconciliation.

We are looking for an individual with drive to provide a welcoming experience for members and visitors to promote our diversified membership.

Remuneration

We are offering a competitive salary commensurate with the knowledge, skills, and experience of the applicant. The role requires flexibility, as we are open seven days a week.

A well-appointed three-bedroom flat is offered as part of the package. (Utility bills not included).
