Cold IPA latest launch from Buxton Brewery's Thermal Shock
Thermal Shock has teamed up with St Austell to celebrate a shared love of English hops, combining Target and Jester with a touch of Chinook to create a Cold IPA designed for fresh, vibrant and easy drinking.
At the heart of the beer is Cornish Gold malt from the St Austell selection.
By fermenting at cooler temperatures with a clean-fermenting yeast, the brew is described as creating a particularly crisp and clean base that allows the hop character to take centre stage.
